BioBingo Baggins is a clone who was created in an accident involving some of Ioreth's scary chemicals and a pair of Frodo Baggin's soiled underwear. Bingo is a combination of both Frodo's and Sam Gamgee's DNA. (Go on, ask. I dare you.) There's also another Bingo Baggins in MESPT (Bingo Bolger-Baggins, the older half-brother of Frodo Baggins) but he is a different puppet with a different mun.
Clone-Bingo is mute and talks in pictures. For those puppets who interact with Bingo, this can be a little confusing sometimes. One way to get a better idea of what a picture of Bingo's means is to right-mouse-click on it and look at the image's properties. Usually the picture's title (happyx.gif, scaredx.gif, hurtx.gif, etc) will tell you what emotion it represents.
Some people have asked where Bingo's little drawings come from. They are made in Photoshop using a collection of freeware dingbat fonts (mainly "Brian Powers Doodle" 1 and 2, "Lindkvist" 1 and 2, and the Tombats series.)
